These terms cover your use of the Horizon Pet Waste Solutions website and its quote-request tools — including the ones offered on the site and through a connected AI assistant. By using them you agree to these terms.
A quote request creates no contract
Sending a quote request — from the website's contact form or through an AI assistant — only prepares and sends Isaac Johnson an email. It books nothing, confirms nothing, and charges nothing. No appointment, order, or contract exists until Isaac Johnson contacts you back and you agree on a schedule and price directly with him. Credentials of any kind (passwords, payment details, account logins) are never requested by any tool on this site and are refused if offered.
Pricing shown is a starting point, not a quote
Horizon Pet Waste Solutions publishes a starting price and a plain note that the final price varies by location, yard size, and number of dogs. Neither the website nor its AI-assistant tools compute or promise a final number — Isaac Johnson confirms the actual price after learning about your property and needs, whether that conversation starts online or on a call.
Service area
The published service-area list is a set of towns Horizon Pet Waste Solutions currently serves, not a strict boundary check — a town not on the list is still worth asking about. Being on the list does not guarantee availability for a specific address or date; Isaac Johnson confirms that directly.
AI assistant access
Horizon Pet Waste Solutions offers a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector so a compatible AI assistant can share published service plans, pricing information, and service-area facts, and prepare a quote-request email on your behalf. The same terms apply as the website form: the assistant only prepares a request; Isaac Johnson reviews and responds to every one himself, and nothing is booked or confirmed automatically.
Acceptable use
Use this site and its tools only to request pet-waste-removal service in good faith. Do not submit false information, use the request tools to send spam or abusive volume, or attempt to disrupt the service. Requests that appear abusive or automated may be declined or ignored.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The website, its published information, and its quote-request tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Published details may be inaccurate or unavailable at times. To the extent permitted by law, Horizon Pet Waste Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its tools. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
