Privacy Policy

When you request a quote — using the website's contact form or an AI assistant connected to Horizon Pet Waste Solutions's MCP connector — the only information asked for is: your name, a phone number or email address to reach you back, your town (optional), and a short message about what you need (yard size, number of dogs, how often you'd like cleanups — optional). Standard, aggregate website-visit analytics (see "Who receives information" below) are also collected while you browse the site.

Horizon Pet Waste Solutions has no database and no customer account system — every page on this site is static. Submitting the contact form, or asking an AI assistant to request a quote, does not send or save anything on Horizon Pet Waste Solutions's own servers. Both paths build the identical email (same fields, same destination) and hand it to your own email app, or to the assistant, to actually send to info@horizonpetwastesolutions.com. Nothing is stored until that email is sent, and once sent it lives only in the normal recipient mailbox, the same as any email you send Isaac Johnson directly.

Horizon Pet Waste Solutions offers a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector so a compatible AI assistant can look up service plans, the published starting price, and the service area, and prepare a quote-request email. Only the fields listed above (name, contact, town, message) are ever read from that tool call — never the wider conversation you had with the assistant, and never anything else in your assistant account. The assistant provider's own privacy policy governs the conversation itself; this policy covers only what Horizon Pet Waste Solutions's tools receive and do with it.

The quote-request tool never confirms a booking and never sends anything by itself — it returns a ready-to-send email draft, exactly like the website form. It also never echoes your information back as anything more than the same draft you (or the assistant) are about to send; nothing you type is stored on Horizon Pet Waste Solutions's side for later use.

Data is not sold, and no advertising network or data broker is involved. It is shared only with:

• Isaac Johnson — the business owner, who receives a quote-request email only once it is actually sent (by you, from your email app, or by the AI assistant on your instruction).
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts and serves this website (Cloudflare Workers). Cloudflare sees standard web traffic (the pages you request) as any host does; it does not receive quote-request content, which is never sent to this site's server in the first place.
• Microsoft (Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online) — the mail service that delivers info@horizonpetwastesolutions.com once a quote-request email is actually sent, the same as it would for any email addressed to that inbox.
• Google LLC (Google Analytics) — when the site's Google tag is enabled (it is, as of this policy), Google collects standard, aggregate visit analytics (pages viewed, general device/location information). It is never given the contents of a quote request; that never leaves your email app or the AI assistant except addressed to info@horizonpetwastesolutions.com.

Horizon Pet Waste Solutions's own site and server store no quote-request data at all — there is nothing to retain, because nothing is written to a database or log the business operates. A sent quote-request email is retained in Isaac Johnson's own mailbox until he deletes it, exactly like any personal email. Google Analytics data is retained under Google's own default retention setting for this kind of data (14 months for event-level data, unless changed in the account) and governed by Google's own privacy policy, not by Horizon Pet Waste Solutions.
